Easy Kale Chips

I know – this isn’t a new recipe. But they are delicious. And I love to make them because it takes no time at all. The only trouble is that however many I make is generally however many I eat in one sitting. So if you haven’t tried them yet – just do it. Buying the kale in a package just makes it that much easier!

Easy Kale Chips

Ingredients:

  • 1 package organic baby kale
  • Your favorite seasoning – some good choices are garlic powder, Young Living’s Juva Spice, or cajun seasoning
  • olive or grapeseed oil

Preheat oven to 350˚. Place the leaves of kale in a mixing bowl, drizzle on olive oil and gently season. Since the kale will shrink as it cooks, you won’t need a lot of the seasoning. Toss to coat evenly, then spread out on a cookie sheet. You may want to lay down a sheet of parchment paper on the cookie sheet first – I didn’t in the picture. 🙂

Bake for about 15-20 minutes or until desired crispness is achieved. Eat and enjoy!
